Sudhir Rishi
Sudhir Rishi brings over 30 years of immersion in yoga, meditation, philosophy and Ayurveda, shaped by eight years as a monk and thousands of hours of dedicated teaching across Asia and Europe.
As Director of Teacher Training at Sthira Yoga School in Goa, he has guided more than 150 200-hour and 30 300-hour YTTCs, blending profound scriptural study with deep personal experience. His background includes study with the Bihar School of Yoga, Ashtanga training in Mysore, and years at Swami Dayananda Ashram in Rishikesh, where he studied Advaita Vedanta, Sanskrit and Vedic chanting.
Known for making complex teachings accessible and deeply transformative, Sudhir’s approach combines intellectual clarity with spiritual depth.
He teaches from lived experience, helping students connect with their own inner wisdom and uncover the joy that lies at the heart of being.
