Chapel Allerton

Our beautiful Chapel Allerton studio remains the home of our primary space in this pretty and vibrant surburban Leeds neighbourhood.

Our Chapel Allerton studio is divided into 2 seperate spaces. One studio as you enter to the left, is our YIN studio and the other as you enter to the right, is our YANG studio.

The YIN studio provides space for gentler healing Yin practices such as Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Baths, Yin Yoga alongside two beautiful Therapy Rooms where you can enjoy Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Reiki and other healing treatments.

The YANG studio offers more dynamic yoga parctices such as Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, and many other dynamic styles.
