Cancel within 3 hours of the start time or don’t attend:

a. If you’re on a class pass or fixed membership (1, 5, 10 classes), you’ll lose the pass.

b. If you’re on an unlimited membership, you’ll be charged a £7.50 late cancellation / no-show fee.

All cancellations must be made through Momence. Please don’t cancel by phone or email.

If Yoga Kula cancels a class, the pass will automatically be returned to your account.

If Yoga Kula cancels an event, the pass will be returned to your account.

Please note: all passes, events, memberships and bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you may have the option to add yourself to the waitlist

If a space becomes available 3+ hours before the class is due to start the system will automatically move you from the waitlist onto the class and send you an email and text confirming you have received a space - please ensure you are opted in to receive emails and/or text alerts

If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are then subject to the class cancellation terms and must cancel your space 3+ hours before the class is due to start to avoid loosing the associated pass or being charged a late cancellation fee if you are on a Membership

Any spaces that become available less than 3 hours before the class start time will be opened up to everyone on the waitlist to book on a first come first served basis

Teacher Class Cover

On occasion to keep the classes running to schedule we may have to organise a cover teacher to take the class. Please note this cover teacher might not be from our list of regular teachers but all cover teachers are qualified and certified yoga teachers. Please check who is teaching your class before you attend the studio
