Our 300 hour 18 month course (1 weekend per month) ensures graduates are prepared for life as a professional yoga teacher in the ever growing holistic health industry.

Yoga Kula is a dedicated yoga studio in the heart of the thriving and attractive suburb of Chapel Allerton, Leeds.
We have been delivering our transformational Yoga Teacher Training for 5 years and operating a successful studio for 11 years, recently opening a second studio in Leeds city centre.

Our course is the only 300hr face to face yoga teacher training course in the UK. During the course we also include off site yoga experiences for group bonding and a deeper immersion into yoga.
The course fees include Trainee Insurance and Membership to Yoga Alliance Professionals (www.yogaallianceprofessionals.org) for the duration of the course.
We offer opportunities to become involved with Yoga Kula events to gain invaluable hands on professional experience.
We offer opportunities to teach free timetabled classes at Yoga Kula to gain experience in developing, managing and delivering a class.
Trainees receive a 33% discount from an 18 month class pass membership with Yoga Kula in order to support your ongoing development for the duration of the course.
Regular tutorial support from the course leader, trainers and allocated yoga teacher mentors.
Learn to teach online and hybrid style classes as well as face to face to future proof your business.

The Yoga Kula 18 month 300 hour Teacher Teacher Training Course has a Hatha foundation with the opportunity to explore several different approaches to yoga ranging from dynamic to balancing, technique and restful.

There is time dedicated to supporting pregnant and post-natal students and those presenting with injuries.
We ensure trainees are given important insight around the business side of yoga with a module dedicated to becoming a yoga professional. this module includes yoga marketing, branding, the qualities studios look for when taking on new teachers and the steps you may take want to take when starting out in this yoga industry.
Our assessments are a mixture of written, practical and creative which have been designed to support trainees to develop useful skills and inspiration for professional yoga teaching life.

Our Teacher Training Course offers time, space, expert support and guidance for yoga teacher trainees to develop into professional and inspiring yoga teachers with an authentic and deeply personal offering.
We offer a chance for trainees to fully connect with and deepen their personal yoga practice while learning how to teach yoga safely from presence, authenticity, with skill and creativity.
Our course offers the opportunity for trainees to study a range of approaches to yoga from which they take inspiration and support to create engaging, rich and exciting yoga classes, workshops and events.

This course is not only an opportunity to learn how to teach yoga but an opportunity to discover your inner power, confidence, your yoga niche and connect with your potential as a yoga teacher.
With the support of the Yoga Kula team, trainees are given the necessary tools to grow into inspirational, creative and professional yoga teachers.
Over the duration of the course, trainees are supported to develop an area of particular interest and move deeper, realise their uniqueness and strengths as a teacher and begin refining their yoga offering.
Your time spent on the course is an amazing opportunity to create strong and lasting bonds with fellow trainees and the Yoga Kula team and move into the yoga teaching world with an existing network.
This course is also suitable for those who would like to deepen their existing yoga practice but do not necessarily wish to become teachers on graduation.
Trainees are allocated a yoga teacher mentor for support and are placed in peer study groups in order to practice and stay in touch with the material introduced over study weekends.
All Trainees are registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals for the duration of the course.

a £750 deposit will be required to secure your place payable only after an initial stage interview and review of your application by our academic board
£750 deposit is followed by a remaining £3,200 payment which is required no less than 8 weeks before the course commences
